My stay at this hotel was fantastic, mainly due to its excellent location near the airport, which made traveling so easy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff truly looked after us, making sure we had what we needed. While the dining experience was great overall, I found breakfast options to be unexpectedly delightful, even though it was in a different venue due to renovations. However, it was slightly frustrating that nobody assisted with my luggage during checkout.
I had an amazing experience during my two-month stay at ITC Maratha in Mumbai. The warm welcome from the concierge team and doorman made a lasting impression, and the professional staff ensured every aspect of my visit was enjoyable. The room service was excellent, though the room did have a strong air freshener smell initially, which required a room change. Overall, the hotel offers fantastic amenities and excellent service, although the location can be quite busy and noisy.
